Ingredients :
- 350 gms. White Chocolate (chopped)
- 150 gms. Sweet Condensed Milk
- 2 tbsps. unsalted Butter
- ½ tsp. Vanilla Essence
- A pinch of Salt
- 100 gms. unsalted Pistachio nuts( roughly chopped)
- 100 gms. glazed Cherries (roughly chopped)
Procedure :
Line a 9 inch square tin with foil/cling film or butter paper with overhang.
Lightly grease with some butter & set aside.
In a sufficiently large & heavy bottomed pan combine white chocolate, condensed milk, unsalted butter & a pinch of salt.
Heat the pan on a low flame & keep stirring till the chocolate melts completely.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla essence.
Fold in the pistachios, & cherries.
Pour the contents in the prepared tin & smoothen the top.
Cool the fudge completely at room temperature & then refrigerate the fudge until set.
Lift the fudge with the overhang out of the tin.
Discard the foil & cut into squares or any desired shape.
Store in the fridge & serve at Christmas or eat right away… Enjoy! 😀
