It is good to begin your day with some fresh fruits for breakfast. You will feel healthy & energetic throughout the day. This wonderful smoothie is loaded with energy & packed with fresh flavors of fruits & honey. Enjoy this delicious exotic pick-me-up drink which can be fixed within minutes & relished whenever you feel like having a cool refreshing drink!! 😀
Ingredients :
- 1 Kiwi (peeled & roughly chopped)
- 8 fresh ripe Strawberries (rinsed, hulled & roughly chopped)
- 1 ripe Banana (peeled & chopped)
- ½ cup fresh creamy Curds/Yoghurt
- ¼ cup fresh Milk (optional)
- 1 tbsp. Honey
Procedure :
Place the kiwi, strawberries, banana, curds/yoghurt, milk in a blender with a few ice cubes & blend well until thick, smooth & creamy.
Serve chilled garnished with a strawberry & a slice of kiwi.
